Vlada Miami had potential, as did the concept of its home in "Midtown Miami" before the big real estate bust. But an untimely opening in early 2008 in a rather desolate area has spelled disaster for the Russian bar famous for homemade infused vodkas. The bar remains open but with simple, small crowds.
