Amsterdam might be too small for a proper Little Italy, but Restaurant Toscanini is making a run for the distinction all on its own! Fagottini di Pollo (roast chicken) and linguine con sgombro (pasta with mackerel) make up the traditional Italian menu while the small, nondescript setting attracts the Dutch celebs -- plus the occasional Snoop Dog.
