Chef Normand Laprise is considered a god in Montreal. Easy to see why when you taste his whimsical dishes made with fresh Quebec produce. Each bite is a party in your mouth. Ethereal minimalist dining room with touches of art deco and warm wooden panels. Crowd’s a bit stuffy—think music mogul has–been or media maven past her prime.
