As one might expect, The College Restaurant is housed in a former 19th-century school (along with a hotel and gay-popular bar-lounge). But don't expect classic cafeteria cuisine here: At the fore of the New Dutch gastronomy, chef Patrick Rosier has introduced true ingenuity with respect to traditional Dutch fare. Try starting with the refreshing tomato sorbet with St. Jacob's mussels and cucumber foam and follow with the grilled steak with asparagus and creme au jus sauce; a simple yet hearty entrée.
