Professionally run but created to be a learning hotel (students from top hotel management schools in The Netherlands do stints here), dozens of cute trainees go out of their way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The beautifully restored 19th century school building with its long corridors add to the Cadinot experience as do clean-cut and spacious, if standard, rooms. The restaurant serves typical Dutch treats re-patterned with modern tastes and design. Free bikes make for a fun commute into the city center.
