A labyrinthine bomb shelter turned scenester must Xuhui You’d be hard pressed to find a Shanghai scenester who doesn’t stop by this French Concession stalwart late night at least once a week. Part bar, part art studio, all vintage bomb shelter, it’s hard to find from the outside and deceptively small, but the inside gives way to a funky maze of zigzagging ramps that descend into cushy rooms filled with often racy exhibits. Kooky theme parties progress towards the wild.
