From the shiitake and cactus spring roll with Southwestern ponzu to the roasted poblano relleno with three-mushroom quinoa and chipotle cream, everything on this elegant menu is absolutely mouthwatering, and pretty fairly priced. And the dessert selection -- sour cream lemon tart or warm chocolate upside-down cake -- provides the perfect ending to a memorable meal at this stark yet surprisingly warm establishment. If you're lucky, you'll run into Tom Ford, who's also a fan.
