Serial Shanghai restaurateur Eduardo Vargas is seemingly unstoppable. His latest venture is a smart Italian-Mediterranean eaterie, with an added raw food bar and a fine range of signature cocktails. As with all Vargas outlets, the interiors are smart and well-crafted without being too stuffy, while the service is reliable and the portions are large. A sommelier is also on hand to pair fine wines with the eclectic menu of Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
