Another hip Kødbyen fave, Mother has been serving up fresh and authentic Italian fare since mid-2010, at far more affordable rates than some of the area's other trendy eateries. The antipasti and bruschette are fantastic, but most come for the wood-fired organic sourdough pizzas. The restaurant's name is a nod to the original natural yeast leaven (or "mother"), years in the evolution, which gives the dough here its rise and character. Stop in and fill up before you dash off to a night of boozy Copenhagen clubbing. Remember, Mother knows best.
