Bursting with cool red, Moooi (“Beauuutiful”) was founded ten years ago by Casper Vissers and Marcel Wanders, “The wonder boy of Dutch Design”, whose Midas touch managed to turn random blobs of spraypainted clay molded by his 4-year-old daughter into 0 covetables. You'll also find work by Studio Job, Bertjan Pot and Jurgen Bey, all well known Dutch designers. But don't come looking for classic design; it’s all cutting edge here, often over the top and in your face, like the true-to-size size Horse Lamp (literally a plastic horse with a lamp on its head) and baroque chairs made out of velvet.
