French for “the Black Eagle,” it’s exactly like every other Eagle bar across the globe: that is, a solid, slightly sleazy hang for the leather ‘n’ Levis crowd. Nightly parties change things up and some nights (usually busier Saturdays) require a nod to fetish attire to get in.
