Asian cuisine has been a favorite in Amsterdam for a long time now. Around the corner from the traditional Chinatown slogs on the Zeedijk, a haven of modern tranquillity has emerged. Geisha offers “mouth entertainment” (their words, not ours) aka refined Southeast Asian fusion like grilled coquilles St. Jaques with wasabi mayonnaise. It's all enough to make you forget the crowded streets outside.
