Cocktail hour is the proper flight arrival time for one of the centers of hip civilization, a lounge and restaurant attached to the funky not-your-father's Ritz-Carlton. Well-executed Mediterranean cuisine, and right on the beach too. Pretend and dress like you're in St. Tropez. It's the good life.
