Named after Madrid's infamous gay district, the city's first gay bookstore by day transforms into a resto-bar at night, all dark woods and slick LED colored lighting. On weekends, come late (as everywhere in B.A.) for some bites and brews before the clubs, especially when Alsina is on. Prime time post midnight. Its gay-friendly sister restaurants (Chueca Yacht, Chueca Bar; see web site) are more sedate affairs.
