New York might be the cupcake capital of the world, but no one in the Big Apple has taken it the level of local designer Carol Lim. Her handmade (and homemade) dresses surround a middle table of packaged multi-colored cupcakeas. But beforey you let your sweet tooth take over, look closer. The pastries are actually inedible packing for bubble bath, from Vancouver line Open Sundaes. So, in the end, there are no real cupcakes, and there is no real champagne. But with twee dresses, jewelery, and handbags, there's some mighty fine clothes.
