Sporting modernist furniture and a separate room for dancing, Café Etienne Marcel caters to an upscale crowd that's slightly snooty, but great for watching. A restaurant during the day (like NYC and Miami's Cafeteria), it turns into a Beige (as in the party) kind of thing at night. Don't be caught underdressed. Cute, pretentious power gays hold court on Sunday.
